Roto-Rooter needed to improve the efficiency of its radio-based dispatch system for service technicians. Using ASNA Visual RPG and DataGate from BluePhoenix, Roto-Rooter was able to build a new Web services-based “service-dispatch” application and equipped its technicians with GPS-enabled mobile phones to better automate its dispatch processes.
